Tame Impala are bringing their Deadbeat arena tour to Brisbane this October, lighting up the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for two huge nights. Olivia Dean

Olivia Dean will bring her The Art of Loving tour to Brisbane on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. This marks her first full-length Australian arena show, following her debut at the Laneway Festival earlier in 2025.

Swedish pop powerhouse Zara Larsson brings her Midnight Sun tour to Australia this October 13 – 14 at Riverstage Brisbane, following sold‑out shows across the world and the release of her acclaimed fourth studio album Midnight Sun.⁠

Melt Festival

Melt Festival is an annual, open-access festival of Queer arts and culture staged across Brisbane, Australia. Building on the success of its predecessor, Melt – presented annually at Brisbane Powerhouse since 2015 – the festival has grown into a city-wide celebration. The festival is guided by the Melt Reference Group, a committee of LGBTQIA+ leaders and artists.

Rugby World Cup 2027

Brisbane will host 10 matches during the Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027, with games taking place at Brisbane Stadium from 2 to 31 October 2027. The Brisbane schedule includes pool matches, Round of 16 matches and two quarter-finals, making it an exciting time to visit the city for rugby fans from around the world.
